Hutton Cranswick Industrial Units
We first looked at this site a few years ago on behalf of the owner. Ultimately, he decided against developing and sold the site. He recommended LGS to the new owner.
By happy coincidence, the new owner’s architect also recommended us!
The project was to construct a pair of light industrial units, together with a monopitch extension to one side.
The site was very tight for space, both for offloading and storage, and for the build itself.
With two recommendations behind us, the new owner asked LGS to take the project on.
With no heavy plant or wet trades needed, our cold rolled steel frame went up in that limited space while the businesses around it carried on as normal.
The units were handed over on time and on budget.
Since then, they’ve asked us to build four more industrial units on another site in East Yorkshire.
