Skegness Extension

Due to continued expansion, they needed to extend their premises. LGS were approached, and we designed the extension, including the connection to the existing building using our cold rolled steel frame. We also designed the foundation.

Our architects successfully applied for planning permission.

The client wanted to achieve a cost-effective solution, but with a high-end striking finish. They opted for fully insulated micro-rib composite cladding to the walls in Terracotta, with a fully insulated roof.

The result is stunning, providing the space to allow the company to grow and enhancing the area.
