Factory extension and industrial units (Pembrokeshire)

They contacted us with the brief to design and construct an extension to the existing factory, and a terrace of light industrial ‘starter’ units at their premises near Haverfordwest.

The proposed buildings were ideal for our cold rolled steel system, with fast lead times, speed on site, and no heavy plant, welding or wet trades meaning no disruption to the existing business.

We secured the contract, designed the foundations, designed and built both buildings, using fully insulated Kingspan group composite panels, and British made high quality roller and PA doors.

Despite the ongoing challenges of raw material shortages and inflation, both were completed on time and on budget, and are bringing employment and investment to the stunning West Wales coast.

The client is delighted and has recommended us for several other schemes in the area.
