Our client, a highly respected Integrated Digital Solutions and Kiosk Manufacturer and Design Engineer, had secured a pipeline of future business which would mean a huge increase in turnover.
They need to move quickly to add to their floorspace. They wanted additional manufacturing space, with the flexibility to add a mezzanine for offices in the future.
LGS Projects were awarded the contract. The tight site, proximity of the client’s own existing operation and neighbouring properties, and the short timescale made our cold rolled steel framed building system the ideal solution.
We designed the proposed building and engaged with our architects to obtain planning permission.
Our engineers designed the insulated foundation and drainage system.
We assisted the client with building control, and we worked with our preferred groundworks contractor to give a turnkey service.
We handed over a completed building which has enabled the continued profitable growth of the company and created further employment opportunities.
