The client wanted to build a number of light industrial ‘starter’ units.
LGS were chosen and constructed the scheme using our cold rolled steel system, together with insulated cladding, roller doors and pedestrian doors. The short lead time, speed of construction, together with the attractive and high quality of the finished build, internally and externally, helped the developer maximise his return on investment.
