Maintenance building
Our client is a renowned international offsite manufacturing company.
As an approved supplier, LGS were selected at an early stage to work with the client to design a high quality maintenance building within a busy and complex industrial site. We designed and constructed a cold rolled steel building, with insulated cladding and electric roller shutter door.
The building is 24m x 12m x 5.5m high to eaves, with an additional connection to allow access to the adjacent building.
Time on site was less than 3 weeks. The nature of the cold rolled system also meant no heavy plant or cranes were needed, therefore minimising health and safety issues and disruption on a busy site. We were subject to regular client health and safety audits which we are pleased to say we passed with flying colours!
The client is delighted with the quality and finish of the building, inside and out.
